Biography

I am a professional culturally and linguistically diverse therapist addressing issues like anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, career guidance and more. I have experience working with children and adults, couples and families. I am a life compass for people who feel lost, adrift, out of balance, frustrated, anxious, angry or just searching for meaning! I practise from a person-centred, trauma informed perspective. My areas of interest include somatic therapy, expressive therapies, grief and loss support. I am here for you, you are not alone!
