I can help you to learn new coping skills, gain self awareness and make changes to your life. I am a Masters qualified and ACA registered counsellor who helps men and women to find solutions to their problems, advocate for themselves, and, heal from past traumas. I work with adults who are experiencing work stress, grief, anxiety, trauma, substance use issues, and depression.
