Biography

I am a registered counsellor with a Master of Counselling. With me, you will find a warm, non-judgmental safe space to air out your difficulties. I can help with grief, loss, trauma, self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, as well as anxiety and depression. I have years of experience working with child and adolescent clients struggling with peer group difficulties, anxiety and depression. I am a Macquarie University accredited 'Cool Kids Program' provider. My clients find that I am engaging, relatable and compassionate in my approach to their treatment. Therapy can be daunting, so finding the right fit is important.
