I am a Family counsellor with over 6 years experience working with couples, families and individuals. My practice takes a narrative & strength based approach to helping people. I focus on empowering people to make a stand with how they currently see their life versuses hoe they would prefer to see their lives. I havd extensive experience working with relationship breakdown/conflict, ADHD & ASD, parenting concerns, burn out, grief & loss, depression & anxiety.
