I am a Counsellor & Psychotherapist working from Dharawal country (Illawarra), NSW. My approach to therapy is warmly conversational, helping you to identify your strengths, clarify your sense of self, identify opportunities, and feel deeply understood. I practice mainly in psychodynamic, interpersonal/relational, emotions-focused, somatic, and expressive therapy approaches. I work predominantly with people experiencing Complex Trauma, cPTSD, emotional overwhelm or numbness, and burn out.
