Kia ora, My name is Tracy and I love working with people who have a desire to know themselves more, to explore what makes them tick. I work with both adults and children and I try to be warm, genuine and curious about each of my clients. I use a range of modalities to work with people, these include aspects of solution focused techniques, narrative tools and CBT therapies. I like to listen and explore topics with clients with no judgement involved. It is important to me that clients have a safe, creative space where they can be themselves and have someone who cares about what they think. If you are wanting to create some space for yourself to explore how you are thinking and feeling, then I would love to help you do this. I have worked in a range of community, medical and government settings, and have been involved with supporting first responders through Police. I provide EAP counselling through Vitae.
