Tara is an experienced Psychologist who has worked with both adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings. She is passionate about assisting people to live an empowered values-based life. She uses an evidence-based approach that is tailored to individual client needs. Tara works with people with a wide range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, stress, eating and body image complaints and personal relationships difficulties. Tara has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults and has previously worked for headspace, Australia’s largest multidisciplinary youth mental health service. She also has experience providing crisis support services and working with people who are exiting inpatient hospital units or forensic mental health facilities. In her private practice Tara has enjoyed working with clients who are looking to enhance their life and want additional guidance and coaching to reach their full potential. Tara has experience providing Telehealth services in the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
