Biography

Sanober has a warm and empathic approach to therapy and has more than twenty years of experience. She assists with a range of concerns including feelings of low self-worth, emotional neglect or loneliness, relationship concerns, rumination and worry, perfectionism and need for control, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and abuse and difficulties regulating or expressing emotion. Sanober is passionate about supporting and empowering people to improve their emotional wellbeing, increase quality of life, cope with difficulties, manage distress, and bring about meaningful, lasting change. Sanober works in private practice with clients presenting with depression and anxiety, trauma, problems of adjustment, grief and loss, violenceand abuse. Her goal is to empower clients, increase self-awareness and promote personal growth. She has experience working with children with developmental needs and their families and with WorkCover/CTP clients. Sanober a nurturing attitude and aims to provide a safe and accepting place for you to understand yourself and your life, ease your distress, and emerge stronger and wiser from your life’s challenges.
