Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children and families experiencing a wide range of difficulties and mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and behavioural concerns. In her practice, Jessica utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Parent Management Training and Circle of Security concepts to provide support that is individualised to each client. Jessica is passionate about early intervention, and dedicated to providing a warm, fun and supportive therapeutic space for children and their families. Jessica is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has extensive experience working with children and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient settings in the public sector. Jessica is experienced in completing child and adolescent assessments in cognitive functioning, academic achievement, learning disorders, and ADHD.
