Jackson Hill’s approach is not about focusing on your mental illness or labelling a diagnosis. Rather, his approach is about understanding and working to nurture and enrich your relationship with yourself and overcome your challenges for long-lasting change. Jackson encourages you to arrive just how you are; unapologetically you. This allows yourself and Jackson to develop a richer, deeper rapport which is important for progress in therapy. Together, you will work collaboratively, genuinely, and honestly, in a safe and compassionate space, at your pace. He believes one of the best investments you can make in your life is your relationship with yourself. By exploring together the re-occurring patterns in your life, you can enrich your understanding of the impact this is having on your mind, body and spirit and learn to continue to master yourself. Jackson also has extensive teaching and training experience in the field of psychology, including lecturing at Griffith University, guest workshops at a variety of government and charity organisations, is the Senior Psychologist for the Gold Coast Academy of Sport, and, guest writer for the Gold Coast Bulletin.
