Staff Spotlight: Meet Kirushi

Meet Kirushi, a talented, empathetic, curious and all round wholesome human. Kirushi drives the product team at Clearhead, finding out what makes our users tick and turning what he learns into practical tools to support our mental wellbeing. You're the best Kirushi!

We asked him some questions to get to know him better and we decided to share them with you...

Name: Kirushi Arunthavasothy
Position: Head of Product

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
I would pay off my house, my parents house, my in-laws house and then if I have anything left I'll most likely take time off to travel

If you could have dinner with three people, alive or dead, who would they be?
It would definitely be with my grandparents (I know that's 4), I want to ask them about Sri Lanka of old, how it was for them growing up and how my parents were.

If you could live anywhere, where would you live and why?
Japan is where my heart is, I would move around the cities in Japan but would start with Sendai or Kyoto. Why? A lot of my hobbies are Japanese related.

What is the best piece of advice you have been given?:
"Time heals all wounds" -> not just emotional but physical too, although I wish my foot could get better faster so I could get back to playing Futsal!

When you were a kid what did you want to be when you grew up?:
I wanted to be flying planes, that changed to aeronautical engineering when I was in my teens.
